Atrada Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of Modulate, a well-established Australian brand specialising in containerised and modular building solutions.

This acquisition expands Atrada’s offering in the design and delivery of containerised buildings, adding specialist expertise in widened and custom container solutions. Modulate will continue to operate under its established brand, supported by Atrada’s manufacturing systems, facilities, and national footprint.

All Modulate buildings will be manufactured through Atrada’s purpose-built manufacturing facility in Western Australia and supported by ISO-accredited systems and processes. This approach provides increased capacity, consistency, and long-term stability, while maintaining the quality and reliability Atrada is known for.

Modulate’s client-facing team, established product ranges, and commitment to quality remain unchanged. Clients will continue to receive the same level of service, now supported by the added scale and operational capability of Atrada.
